How to Sell at Vceela?

Here’s a step by step guide to open your online shop

Create Your Shop
Go to your favorite browser and open https://sellercenter.vceela.com.  Click on Register as a Seller option.

Fill in your Details
Fill the form on the Sign Up page. Enter your Shop Name in the Full Name field, your Phone Number  and your Email Address. Set a unique password. Please read the Terms and Privacy Policies before clicking the Create My Shop button.

Shop Approval
It may take up to 24 hours for your shop to get approved. In the meantime, you may add further details to your shop such as your bio, profile picture etc.

Welcome to Seller Center
Once your shop is approved, log into your shop using Vceela Seller Center.

Update Your Profile
To update your profile information, click on Your Vceela Shop Name, on the top-right corner of the screen and click My Profile. Click on Edit to update your profile information. Once you are done adding the information, click on the Tick button at the bottom to save your profile information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you receive an order, our logistics partner will pick up the product from your location and deliver it to the customer. You will be informed in advance by our team, so that you may prepare the parcel accordingly. 

Vceela uses the escrow model for payments. Once the buyer makes the payment, Vceela holds it till the order is successfully delivered to the customer. Upon confirmation from the customer, the payment is released to the seller fortnightly i.e. within 14 days.

When you receive an order, you will receive a notification via the Seller Center. Our team will also contact you to inform you about your order. Once dispatched, you can check the status of your order and current balance using the seller center.
