We work closely with the artisans to make sure they produce great quality products for you with the high-end finishing that we promise. All products go through a thorough quality check by our team before being dispatched.

Payment
All bulk orders are curated and customized according to the requirements of our valuable clients, therefore all bulk orders are 100% prepaid. Vceela acts as an escrow and does not release payments to the sellers until you have safely received all your products.
Returns
Since Vceela offers volume discounts, we do not accept returns on bulk orders. However, any damage during transit or defect is to be reported to our team within 3 days of receiving the order in order to open a case for return/refund.
Shipping
All bulk orders are thoroughly checked for quality and safely packaged to prevent any damage. Our team will communicate the exact shipping cost once the products are ready to ship, the buyer is liable for paying the shipping charges before the products are shipped.
